Caitlin Is a fountain of knowledge and shows compassionate care for breast cancer survivors! I recently completed her 21 day nutrition program and gained valuable information and delicious recipes. I’d highly recommend her and her services for managing and maintaining healthy survivorship & lifestyles.

Caitlin’s 21 Day Meal Prep Challenge has been one of the best programs ever. It’s an investment in eating healthy and anti cancer prevention. I have learned many new things in this program. I thought I was a pretty healthy eater to start with but I have gained new knowledge to take me to a much healthier level of nutrition. She does all the work to make it one of the easiest programs to follow and to customize based on your favorite foods. I have developed new healthier habits and ideas that will hopefully give me and my family a future with a longer lifetime. Thank you to Caitlin and her story and expertise in cancer nutrition. I am fighting a rare, inoperable Thymoma cancer that has spread to my lungs. Although the cancer is slow growing, it has become life changing. I found myself seeking ways to find hope and take control of living with my diagnosis. My research led me to Caitlin.

Caitlin Russell MS, RD provides personalized nutrition couseling to help her clients thrive.

Offering in-person and virtual appointments, she’s been a dietitian in private practice since 2012.
