It's what I recommend for most of my clients - aim for 30g of protein at meals.

If you're trying to eat more plant based (yay fiber!) but worry about getting enough protein because you're eating less meat...

...chances are you're getting enough but it helps to work with someone who can help guide you.

This breakfast:

Decaf @purity_coffee with @traderjoes soymilk

@essentialbaking sourdough toast with almond butter, banana, hemp hearts

This is about 18g of fiber too - will keep me energized all morning!

Today’s visit with my breast cancer surgeon and PA at @AtlantaBreastCare went just as I hoped: everything looks good, and next scan is in 6 months. 🥳

I’m thankful for the team that takes great care of me, and I’m celebrating every milestone on this healing journey.
