Please pick the same time each week so that it becomes a ritual. Positive rituals set you up for success. This will be YOUR WEEKLY TIME over the course of the 90 days. Of course, there are exceptions and holidays that may occur. No worries! I am flexible. BUT clients who get the most out of this program show up every week at the same day and time.
