Ranch Dressing (Dairy Free)

Ranch Dressing

Since I can’t have dairy due to a sensitivity, that makes me sad because I can’t have regular ranch dressing.

So I embarked upon a quest to make a seriously good ranch dressing with no dairy.

Difficult, yes.

Impossible, no.

Tasty, you bet!

I keep a bottle of this in my fridge and use it throughout the week on salads or as a dip with raw veggies like celery and cucumber.

This dressing is actually really healthy because of the secret ingredients.

SHHH…. don’t tell anyone, but there are actually vegetables (<— SECRET INGREDIENTS) IN the DRESSING!

Can you believe that?!

It’s no secret though, you’re gonna love this dressing.

  • 1 Tablespoon mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 a zucchini (peel if you don’t want your dressing to be green)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill

Process all ingredients except the dill in a blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in the dill last and then pour the dressing into a glass container. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
